The parents of a preschool student with Autism had concerns about their child's toileting, social-emotional, and adaptive skills, the district conducted a reevaluation, which concluded that the student's needs no longer required specially designed instruction and could be met through a Section 504 plan. The parents disagreed, requesting an independent educational evaluation.  Should the parents be entitled to an independent evaluation at public expense?
